Q-Tip Painted Christmas Palm Trees - Kid Craft

Christmas is coming and we're getting in the spirit with this fun, easy craft idea. All you need are some q-tips, paint, and our FREE palm tree printable!

Get creative with your color choices and have a beachy Christmas season!

To recreate this beach themed Christmas tree paper craft idea, all you need is some inexpensive q-tips as your paint brushes, various colors of craft paint, cardstock paper, our free provided printable and a black Sharpie marker. That's it – super basic materials you probably already have on hand!

Then after drawing some simple squiggly lines all over the printed palm tree design, hold the q-tip with your fingers {like a pencil} dip one end in some craft paint and then press it the lines, to create a simple dotted "Christmas tree light" design, all over the palm tree. Repeat over and over again until you have the look you like!

Then when you are done, the cleanup is just as easy. Throw away your used materials and display your paper &q-tip painted Christmas palm tree  masterpieces on the fridge, so they can shine bright for ALL to see!

Like I mentioned before, this is a great holiday craft idea for children in the preschool and kindergarten age range but I highly encourage the older ones to participate too! My personal favorite of this paper craft idea that each one can have a different and unique look to it!
